These two houses were built together at the turn of the Twentieth Century and form an integral part of the local urban landscape.
The ground floor houses a bridal wear business. The building had already been modernised as was in a very good condition when Narva acquired it and, amongst other things, a lift had been installed. The neighbouring five-storey house has also been carefully restored by Narva in a way which maintains the building’s charm. The wooden panelling has been retained in some rooms, for example. Completely new electricity supply cables and electrical installations have been installed. Each of the kitchens has been fitted out with two kitchenettes by Piatti. Good local infrastructure in a traffic-calmed area, together with the close proximity to the River Sitter and its bank side facilities also contribute to the property’s added value.
